This employee-owned newspaper is profitable

In 2009 The West Highland Free Press on Scotland's Isle of Skye became employee-owned and has turned a profit every year  since.

I sat down with the paper's Managing Director Paul Wood to get the scoop on how the U.K.'s only employee-owned newspaper operates.
