How to turn on HD video uploading for Facebook

The video you upload to Facebook from an iPhone or iPad is low quality by default. 

Here are the iOS steps to change this and upload all your video to Facebook at HD quality. 

1. Open iOS settings on your iPad.
2. Scroll down and tap Facebook > Settings.
3. Tap the toggle next to Upload HD.
